Display your business cards for visitors or potential clients by placing them on your work desk. Go one step further to make the cards stand out by arranging them in a card holder, which will prop up the card in a visually pleasing and useful way. You can buy a card holder from an office supply store, or you can make our own business card holder using craft supplies.
Instructions
- 1
Shape a 4-inch piece of polymer clay into a form, such as an animal, a person or a free-form shape.
2Press one side of the sculpture onto a table top to make a flat bottom.
3Slice the shape in half lengthwise.
4Smooth the edges of the two shapes with your fingers.
5Roll out a 1-inch piece of polymer clay into a flat, 1/4-inch-thick slab.
6Place the two shapes onto the slab, arranging them so that they are about 1/8 inch apart. Smooth the edges of all of the pieces together.
7Place the card holder onto a cookie sheet, and bake it in an oven at 200 degrees F for 10 minutes.
8Allow the card holder to cool completely before placing your business cards into it.
