How to Make Glass Place Card Holders

Type the names of your guests one at a time onto a blank document using your computer's word processing program. Make sure that you use a font size that fits inside the glass coaster, and use the same font style, color and size to make each placeholder match.

Print each place card holder on card stock paper. If you can, add more than one place card holder design to a page.

Turn the card stock over. Outline the glass photo coaster on the back of the card stock lightly with a pencil. The name printed on the other side of the card should be in the center of the shape you've traced.

Cut out each guest's place card holder. Carefully cut the card stock with scissors and try to make straight and clean cuts.

Slide the card stock into the center of the glass coaster. The name needs to show through the window. You may need to trim the card stock or print a new place card if the name does not show through.

Embellish the glass place card holders. Tie ribbon around the top of the glass, add foil stickers with the wedding date or brush glitter across the glass coasters.
