Clean the cocktail glasses with glass cleaner. Make sure to fully remove any price tags or stickers from the surface of the glass.
Wrap the feather boa around the base of the glass to determine how much of the boa you will need per glass. Cut the feather boa to the desired lengths.
Apply a small bead of hot glue around the base edge of the cocktail glass. Press the feather boa onto the hot glue. Move in sections to prevent the hot glue from hardening before you have attached the boa.
Wrap the stem of your cocktail glasses with pipe cleaners in the desired color. Intertwine two different colored pipe cleans for a more intricate look. If your party has a theme, choose colors that coordinate with the theme. Or you could use pipe cleaners in different colors to denote which glass belongs to each person at the party.
Use a small piece of wire, about an inch long, to attach a chipboard letter around the stem of the glass. For a more prominent display, remove the adhesive backing from the chipboard letter and attach the letter directly to the surface of the cocktail glass. Place the glass in the center of the dinner plate if you want your cocktail glasses to double as place holders.
Remove the adhesive backing from your gemstones and apply them directly to the glasses. Add gemstones to the chipboard letters to add extra glitz to your cocktail glasses.
